my daughter and I were faced with a rather discouraging service. There was an elderly woman working at the checkout who seemed more engrossed in talking to her friend than helping us. Her friend took up the entire aisle, and we had to go around to get through. We bought simple things: a loaf and pasta, but the service was cold and inconsiderate. I tried to be friendly and smile, but the cashier didn't even look at me. We felt like we weren't welcome. The most annoying moment came when we asked about the price of toys. Not only was the answer given reluctantly, but also to our question about a slightly more expensive toy. Our day was ruined by this unpleasant experience, and it left a feeling of sadness and disappointment in our hearts
