As a result, the endoscopy was not performed, the endoscope turned out to be broken, they did not have any firmware, and in general the programmer did not know English (!). The oil was filled in 0.8 liters more than the prescribed amount and did not correspond to the tolerance, because according to the manager at the reception, it turns out that they do not have information on the hr13ddt (Nissan Renault) engine, despite the fact that the service was carried out at the Renault counter! The car was in the repair box for three hours! I ask the responsible person to provide contact information to resolve the conflict in favor of the consumer.
