I bought a car at this dealership. An out-of-the-ordinary situation has occurred. We went through an oil change procedure, hung up a bunch of everything besides replacing, the candles were changed without the consent of the customer, the pins were changed, which turned out to be defective. I applied, they allegedly replaced them with another company, and manager Alexey said they would refund the money. They spent two months scolding me with letters and statements, and when I brought all the documents, it turned out that I owed money for their defective parts. The manager changed his mind during this time. The replaced beaters turned out to be just as defective. There is a strong, loud creak when braking. To which the manager replies that this is not a defect. We will contact a law firm and independent experts. Since I'm not sure if the car was running good oil at all. And the prices are in the triple tariff. The managers are incompetent, they raise their voice at the client, and there is an audio recording. We definitely won 't leave it that way . Plus, I'm replacing the oil at a third-party service station, and it turned out during the replacement that there is no cover on the air filter, it is not known how long it has been there, because the oil was changed only in this car dealership. Of course, I couldn't notice it. Be careful not to sign any documents until you have completely inspected the entire car. They can easily replace good parts with used ones or remove them altogether.

The most terrible service and service that I had to deal with. The quality of the work is disgusting and not professional. We arrived 3 weeks ago by appointment to change tires for winter. The process lasted 3 hours (( during this time they damaged the tire pressure sensor. They informed me that they had already ordered and offered to come another day. I had to call 4 times to coordinate the day and time. They promised a car wash with a bonus, Well, OK!! We drove the car for 4 hours and were informed by the time we needed to pick up the car.Forgot to attach the sensor)) + 1 more hour. They said that the sensor would work, we would drive 4 km, but no. All 4 daddies are no longer working Now the car is back in service. Instead of the promised 2 hours, the 6th hour went. This is kapets. They don't know when they'll graduate. I do not know who works there. BUT IT'S A SHAME!! And not the service center.

A good center.I passed THAT here.Oil + filter.Everything was checked, the brake fluid was replaced according to the recommendation (4% water)Replacement of the parking sensor with the removal of the bumper (liberal price).Car wash (free of charge),steering wheel covers, seat,box lever during maintenance.Tea and coffee are included in the waiting list.
