The coffee shop at the hotel makes delicious coffee , friendly staff 👍🏼
The location is generally above all praise ! All attractions are a maximum of 5 minutes walk away!

Polite staff. Daily room cleaning. Two jars of drinking water are added each time. Breakfast is on the top floor, you can go out to the terrace, which offers excellent views of the Bosphorus and mosques. The rooms with a view of the road are noisy with the window open, but there is at least some kind of view. On the other side, a shabby building stands quietly, but right next to it.

Two stars only for the location and the view from the terrace. Everything else is a nightmare. Broken chairs on the breakfast terrace, exposed wires and a table lamp that doesn't work, dirty sheets. And the cute numbers in the photo were taken with a large-format camera. In reality, the rooms are tiny and look much older. The desire of the staff to wind up the stars is understandable, otherwise they will not survive. But frank requests for this, inspire only a desire to never appear there again. Go around

The hotel itself is not bad, good location, a terrace with a view of the sights, high-quality cleaning. I would especially like to mention a Russian-speaking cleaning employee named Hatice-she is a great smart girl, she helped in everything! But the hotel has one big and fat disadvantage-this is the attitude of the reception staff towards the guests. The day before departure, my child was poisoned and was unwell by the morning of the next day. Because we had a night flight, I asked to extend the room to 21 hours for a payment of 50% of the cost of the day so that the child could lie down quietly, to which I received a categorical refusal and an offer to pay for the room in full per day (whilethat there were rooms available at the hotel). As a result, we had to move out and move to another place.
It was the first time I had encountered such a piggishness in my life and it was unexpected to receive such a service in Istanbul.
I would like to address the hotel administration with the words "that there are things more important in life than money"!!!

Extremely disgusting attitude towards the guests:
The receptionist showed the room decoration and gave the keys, after payment they went into the room and turned on the air conditioner (it was cold).
The system made so much noise that it was impossible to sleep properly. They called the administrator, showed everything (there was no light bulb yet, the toilet was not working properly). He wrote everything down and went to call the boss. After 5 minutes, we asked about the elimination of noise in the room. They did not respond to us and did not fix the problem. After that, we left the room and asked for a refund of the entire amount due to the inability to stay in this room. But the administrator refused to refund the money with the justification that the room showed and everything was suitable for living.
This hotel (bedbugs, absolute audibility of neighbors and walking along the corridors) should be avoided by the side, since the slightest rights of guests and consumers are not respected.. and even the Police will not be able to help you, but will send applications to the tourism department the next day..
If you want to live without nerves and get enough sleep, we bypass this statement.
