The person talks very beautifully about how well they teach and what a wonderful developer you can become after her course "No-code website Development". In the process of learning, everything is not as rosy as originally described, and in response to dissatisfaction with the format of learning, Alice Dmitrievna Ilyushkova shows her real face. Looking ahead, I would like to note that I had to go to court to return the money for lessons that I didn't even have access to. Below are the details. After completing three lessons (that's how many I had access to) on the no-code learning platform, I came to the conclusion that the learning format did not suit me. It is difficult to assimilate information, since the lessons are long (some take 2-3.5 hours), the examples are abstract, and the interface of the website editor in lesson notes often does not match the real interface of the editor, which requires additional time resources to figure it out. After watching the lessons, there are too many questions, not enough details and not enough information for a beginner's level. Considering that I paid 3,100 Belarusian rubles (about $900) for the course, I consider it unacceptable to endure such inconveniences.; Given the information above, I have notified Ilyushkova that I am terminating the service agreement with her. In response, I heard that "if a person himself does not want to take any action towards the result, we are not responsible for this." In the application for a refund to IP Ilyushkova Alice Dmitrievna, I indicated that in accordance with art. 38, paragraph 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus On Consumer Protection, I have the right to refuse her services and refund the money for lessons that were not open to me. In response, I received a refusal. That is, a person has seriously decided that for three recorded lessons out of the required 18 and two offline lessons out of the required 18, he can safely embezzle 3,100 Belarusian rubles.; With the help of a lawyer, a lawsuit was filed on my behalf, and the result was that Ilyushkova was charged in my favor for unused lessons (I attach a screenshot of the decision). I would like to note that already in the course of the court proceedings Ilyushkova made changes to her lessons, including making them shorter. Although, when I tried to settle the issue with a refund for unused lessons, she claimed that everything was fine with her lessons, I didn't want to study. I strongly doubt that the quality of training in these courses has improved after the changes. At the court hearing, Ilyushkova tried to provide false information about me and our situation. For example, she claimed that not three lessons were open to me, but nine, that is, I allegedly completed 50% of the course. It's good that I prudently took screenshots from the training platform, which I was able to prove my point. She pointed out that I demanded additional training materials from her, although she herself offered to record additional lessons after I began to express dissatisfaction with her course. According to her, I allegedly said that it was difficult for me to assimilate video material that lasts longer than 5-15 minutes, although it was about materials for 2-3.5 hours, etc. Taking into account the above information, IP Ilyushkova Alice Dmitrievna creates the impression of an unscrupulous person. I don't recommend doing anything with her.
