We went to Gagra on 07/14/2025. To Nobi's guest house. My family and I, three adults and two children, liked everything cool and comfortable. It's clean, fresh, and plus there are kids who watched and played with our kids. There is a children's room for playing in bad weather. The kitchen is outdoors, everything for cooking is there, clean and tidy. The rooms are cleaned every three days, there is toilet paper, soap, hair dryer. The yard is closed and the kids will not go anywhere unattended. Good sound insulation , trains didn 't bother me and the kids , and I have two of them , 1.6 and 4 years old.👍 There is a shade in the yard all day because of the heat. We were also pleased with the decorations in the form of green moss in the corridors on the floors. There is a transfer , by the way, at a better price than in the city, we were brought and taken away. And the price for the rooms is also good, we can afford it. Of the many rooms that we have seen (and I have watched a lot), the reservation is two months in advance. The best thing is that we found it here and the main thing is that we didn't lose it. We were on an individual excursion to the Ritz with the owner of the house, it was interesting and most importantly, we didn't have to wait for anyone. The owners of the house are sociable, understanding, polite. Thank them very much for our comfortable stay If you read reviews from previous years, then half of what they write is no longer relevant, since the year is 2025, and here I did not find such disadvantages that they write about.

We had a rest in June-July 2025 at the Nobi Guest House. I really liked it! Friendly, helpful hosts. The rooms are newly renovated, there is everything you need: snow-white linen and towels, there is a refrigerator, table, TV, cable TV, Internet, the bathroom is clean, there is a hairdryer. Comfortable beds, blankets if necessary, a wardrobe with hangers, bedside tables. The proximity of the sea, 4-5 minutes on foot along a busy shopping street where you can buy everything you need at reasonable prices. There is a dumpster nearby, but it is fenced off and there is no smell. There is a railway behind the guest house, but trains are rarely wanted (5-6 times a day and not early in the morning or late in the evening), even the children enjoyed watching the tourist train "Dioscuria", it is very colorful. On the 2-3 day, they no longer paid attention to the trains, they did not interfere. The only thing is a small courtyard, but there are no drunken, noisy gatherings. A kitchen, a detached building, there is everything you need. We were satisfied with our stay! I recommend it!

The number corresponds to the photo. The location is convenient, 5 minutes to the sea. Only there is no mirror in the room, except for the bathroom in which only the face is visible.The courtyard area is probably still in the process of renovation, since 2 tables for the entire hotel is somehow not enough. But it did not affect the rest 👍🏼
