On July 27, when we arrived at the pick-up department in Venice, we were simply told that there was no car with the ordered specifications - and we purposefully ordered a car with an automatic transmission, take what you have - with a manual transmission and a completely different one. To our objections, it was suggested that we simply cancel the reservation. Therefore, I had to agree to what was offered. Have you been issued a Fiat 500? which barely included us and our two suitcases. The interesting thing started after the car was delivered. First, they called us and said that we had taken a spare tire and a tool with us!!! To the reasonable answer that he simply did not exist, they said they would try to figure it out. A week later, 100 euros were withdrawn from one of the cards, and then 130 euros were withdrawn from the other (which was not even shown to them). Fortunately, the bank blocked the transaction as fraudulent. Attempts to contact this company via the form on the website or via email were unsuccessful. They just don't respond. As a result, the vacation is ruined, the deposit is not returned, plus they try to withdraw money without explanation.
