We work with this company through the Moscow office. We ordered earlier, there were mistakes too, but the last order is some kind of nightmare. Cartridge-type TENG- worked for a week. In another order, the usual heating element was made according to a template, they forgot to install the ground wire, although everything was specified in the technical specifications in a separate line. Apparently, the designer doesn't even read the TK. We've been waiting for almost two months and everything is in a mess! It is very strange that with such an attitude to work, there are only laudatory reviews.
