We stopped for the night from 22.00 to 7.00 in the morning, we charged 32,000 + per day for parking the car. The administrator is very rude, no customer orientation. She answered any question rudely. The floors in the room creak, it's very dusty, the mattress bites into the body. The prices are very high. It turns out that we were charged for a day, and they also asked us what time you would be moving out to accommodate others. Even in hotels with the lowest fees, there are disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste, shampoo, a refrigerator and a kettle- there is none of this here.

We were traveling from Tyumen to Kyrgyzstan, we needed to spend the night, we took this hotel without much choice. A 3-bed family room, the price is 24 thousand tenge, plus Parking 400 teg. If you turn on the sink next to it, the water disappears in the shower. The mattress leaves much to be desired, the main thing on the road is to get enough sleep, and here the springs are in the sides from all sides, sagged for more than one year. There was a oak tree in the room and it was the month of May. A nice receptionist and breakfast in a nearby cafe is of course a plus))

I stay at this campsite every time I go from Borovoye or Petropavlovsk to Alma-Ata. Probably more than 5 times already. The staff is polite, the food is normal, parking is both indoor and outdoor.
