A review from a person who has been to 50+ hostels. I spent a week here, and I was able to assess it properly. Of the advantages, there are spacious comfortable beds, excellent huge lockers, a stylish and functional kitchen where you can work, the location is convenient, in principle it is quite clean. But there are a lot of disadvantages - the Internet is the most shameful for 2026 at about 5 megabits per second, which can block online work or watching content. Beds are not made, you have to do it yourself (not very seen). Instead of playlist norms, AI music is constantly playing from the hostel. If you like music, after a while it will also start to annoy you. Very inconvenient keys in the form of thick, heavy bracelets that no one wears - what's the problem with making cards or key chains?... One of the hostel administrators, blonde Yana, is completely unfriendly and not friendly, she talks as if I sneezed into her porridge in the morning and she's in a bad mood - and so every day. I also lost my sneakers from the shoe locker for a day - no one moved to look at the cameras, of which there are two pieces on this locker. The slippers were found, but it shows that if you lose something, the employees probably won't rush to help. The hostel is fundamentally good, but if you improve the various little things, then there will be enough norms to consider returning here when visiting Almaty - but so far I doubt..) I hope the owners of the hostel use this feedback to improve it.

I came to a concert in the summer, plus I wanted to see the sights, and I had to leave the room for a few days. They suggested that I leave my things and just take an empty seat when I arrive, so as not to overpay for an empty bed. Everything is clean and the administrators are just lovely!) Everything is clean everywhere! The price is generally fire. When I arrive, I'll come straight to you!

I was very pleased with my stay at this hostel. First of all, I want to mention the excellent location — all the main attractions are within walking distance, as well as a convenient transport interchange. The hostel staff is very friendly and always ready to help, answer all questions. Overall, the atmosphere here is very cozy and relaxed.)) The cleanliness and order in the rooms and common areas is also excellent. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own food. The hostel has comfortable places to relax and socialize with other travelers, which creates a great atmosphere for meeting new people.

Great hostel! We came with my mother, on May 27. the location is convenient: near a large shopping center, the US Embassy, (for me it was an important criterion) a good Kausar restaurant with convenient prices. Clear! cleaning of common areas and bathrooms was carried out daily. Important underestimated little things: individual disposable slippers, disposable toothbrushes in all bathrooms, tea/coffee as much as you want. The young admin guys are wonderful. All issues were resolved quickly. They even helped with something. The only thing that caused discomfort was the noise from the communal kitchen at night. I would like to have some kind of "rule" for residents that you can't make noise after 23:00. Otherwise, everything is fine! We recommend it!

Great hostel! Friendly staff! Pretty cozy! It's clean, even the rooms are quartered. I stayed in a separate room. Small, but comfortable for 1 person. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean, towels are also provided. The toilet/shower has everything for hygienic procedures for 2 people. And the only drawback is that the sound insulation is very poor, you can hear everything! It gets in the way a lot.

A very clean and cozy hostel, bed linen is changed every three days, the whole hostel is cleaned every other day, polite staff, you feel like you are at home, definitely worth your money, I advise everyone I recommend it very much
