Knowledge in the document flow of employees varies, they ask each other again, clarify the name and list of necessary documents, provide their own template for payment Requirements, despite the fact that this sample is not specified in the annex to the contract and has not been presented before.
The drafted and signed version in the State language from the Lessor was not accepted for payment, at my insistence they were accepted for consideration by the Management, putting the incoming number, and also clarifying that there would be no payment in this case, they do not want to understand the meaning of the letter, they ask to re-state and re-sign the drafted letter from the Lessor, although the meaning will not change.
By the end of the working day, they reluctantly and with great dissatisfaction take up the documents, saying that they will not have time to accept the documents in 5 (five) minutes.
I came more than once and at an earlier time for the transfer of primary documents, I had to stand in line because the transfer of documents is not very fast.
