My first lesson was held by the instructor Irina Andronova. The exercises for the back in the class were well chosen, the instructor told in detail what needs to be done to minimize pain. My acquaintance with strength training began with the fact that I got to work out in Irina Andronova's group and on that day there was a training session at the stations. I was very inspired by the atmosphere at the class and the coach, and I decided to try myself in this direction. After six months of classes at the Non-stop fitness club, I can safely recommend the Silhouette direction as an alternative to the gym, where training takes place in a pleasant atmosphere under the attentive attention of our wonderful coach Irina Andronova. Every fitness activity is varied and productive.
