We sincerely thank the very attentive, responsive doctor and professional with a Capital Letter Vasilisa Grigorievna Lenko. We had a consultation with a child about the removal of adenoids. The inspection and recommendations made only a positive impression.The recommendations for surgical intervention were given very clearly with a detailed explanation and description of the operation itself, anesthesia and necessary preparation. The doctor has studied our entire history and examinations very thoroughly. Thank you very much, dear Vasilisa Grigorievna, for your professionalism, attention, sensitivity, confidence and excellent sense of humor. On November 15, 2025, the operation was performed. Special thanks to the Nordin Operations department. The highest class of service, excellent staff, very pleasant atmosphere. During the week of preparation for the operation, we were in touch with the Department all the time /the administrators are just magical, they didn't leave a single question unanswered/. All examinations were sent for verification. Everything was accompanied by clear, detailed instructions, including over the phone. Vasilisa Grigorievna's golden hands, professional approach and high attention, as well as the very attentive attitude and work of anesthesiologist Kirill Knyazev (detailed preliminary consultation and support during the operating and postoperative period), operating rooms and ward nurses allowed the operation to be successfully performed and discharged on the same day.Mom was allowed to stay in the ward with the child, very comfortable. It was very exciting, but with such excellent doctors and staff at the wonderful Nordin medical center and a modern inpatient department, this is the case when I really want to express my gratitude for our son's health and wish him every success in his professional activities and well-being in everything, as well as the continued prosperity of the medical center.

I would like to express my gratitude to the specialists of the Nordin operating department, especially surgeon A.M. Makhlin, for the fact that the operation on the child (inguinal hernia) was performed as professionally and quickly as possible. On the day of the operation, both parents and the baby were provided with psychological comfort. I would also like to note that in the evening after the operation, the child was active and cheerful, playing as if nothing unusual had happened that day, as far as I'm concerned, this is some kind of miracle! He underwent surgery in December 2025, and the department staff is very friendly and caring, ranging from doctors to nurses and other medical staff. I was supported and cared for throughout my stay. Surgeries are planned so that the operating room is comfortable and there are not many patients (at least in my case it was so). The wards are certainly not royal, but they are functional and comfortable - there are handrails in the toilet if anyone needs to hold on, each ward has its own toilet, the bed does not "sag", the bed linen is normal, the pillow is thin, but when there is no roommate, you will be offered two and it will be normal :) A shower stall with handrails is also available in the same room as the toilet. I want to thank all the medical staff and G.V. Volovich for their support before, during and after the operation. P.S. For those who write that it is "difficult to find" - there are signs on every corner, it is impossible to miss, the entrance is through a guard booth near the barrier (there is also an inscription there), and then it will not be the slightest difficulty to follow the signs.
