I like the Norma supermarket as a whole. It is spacious, clean, the shelves are always neatly arranged, it is clear that they keep order. The assortment is good — from everyday products to all sorts of interesting little things, you can always find something necessary and even unexpected. Prices are normal, and there are often discounts and promotions. Vegetables and fruits are usually fresh, and pastries are delicious. It's nice that there's no feeling of clutter like in some stores. But there is one drawback that spoils the overall impression — these are queues. The queue at the checkout can really take 10-15 minutes, especially in the evening. Sometimes it feels like there are a lot of cash registers, but only one works. It would definitely be worth doing something about it. Otherwise, it's a good store, it's convenient to go grocery shopping for a week or just for small things. If it weren't for the cash registers, it would be almost perfect.
