Honestly, I don't understand why this place has such a low rating. I've been coming here for years, and my last visit was on November 7, 2025. The karaoke bar is great! The music database has been updated, there is an application through which you can select compositions, the DJ is excellent, the sound of the microphones is good. As for the waiters, everything is fine too. They wrote a lot that there were problems with the menu, a small selection, and so on. What did you guys want from the bar? If the goal is to have a delicious meal, then go to a restaurant. The only disadvantage of this establishment is that there is no contact phone number (the one listed on the websites is incorrect), and you have to book a table through Europa. But in general, everything is fine.

On December 11th, the shift was terrible, to put it mildly! The two girls absolutely couldn't handle customer service and didn't even seem to try. The waitress poured half a glass of beer, the puddle remained near the table, and compensation had to be demanded. Long pauses between songs, as if they had come not to karaoke, but to a rural disco. The coffee is cold, orders had to wait a very long time! I'm not talking about any kind of courtesy at all, it feels like the visitors were frankly annoying them. The bill was waited for 40 minutes. The sound was also poorly tuned. A very negative impression remained from this visit, although everything was fine before.

The most terrible karaoke from the already meager number of such establishments in Gomel. If 5 years ago the entire Gomel beau monde gathered in this institution and there were kilometer-long queues at the entrance to Europe, now this place looks like a diner. The waiter brought us drinks and snacks quite quickly, but with a face like someone had died. The fruit snack was disgusting. The pears are rotten with black spots, pineapple tastes like lemon. There are no complaints about cognac-cognac is cognac. The presenter (the carrier of microphones and the switch-on of compositions) behaved rather oborzevshy. With a haughty face, she brought non-disinfected microphones, and after asking to wipe them, she twisted her face even more. After bringing the non-disinfected microphones for the second time, we politely reminded her that it would be necessary to fulfill the wishes of visitors, to which she said, "I remember everything, your scarf just fell on the floor here, I went to pick it up"(she said, going around the column behind which we are not visible at all and practically holding out the microphones to us, but even more saddened going back to wipe them). There was also an incident during the performance of the song-one of the microphones simply did not work. My friend and I noticed this in the middle of the song. The microphone carrier was called over. While she changed the batteries, the song ended and we asked to turn on another song, because in fact it was not possible to sing normally. To which they received a sharp answer: "no, either the same thing again or the next table sings." The microphones are very weak, so that you can be heard-you need to yell so that your ears pop. There is no acoustics - two vertical speakers near the stage and that's it. This whole beauty sounds like from the speakers of a supported car from the 90s. The menu of songs does not shine with its variety at all. Conclusion: on a day off (Saturday), a couple of tables are occupied, which perform songs like Yuri Loza's "raft", stale snacks, terrible sound, staff like at a funeral. Karaoke is much more fun on the 3rd floor of the continent! Although with the same chanson and with golden kupals, it is much more fun! The arena is the best alternative, but Nemo is also suitable

I think that the best karaoke in Gomel is the Arena Hall, but there are not always places there. When it was karaoke Paradise, at least the service was excellent here, although the sound is just as bad, but now ... the owner is in the hall, but there is no staff, the waiters, they are the presenters, turn on the backing tracks and sleep at the remote control or just sit on the phone instead of serving the guests. Become a good alternative to the Arena and everyone will be happy!)))
