A negative impression. I am from the Russian Federation. I wanted to certify the documents issued to me either by the state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan or by legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, so I have no idea in what form the documents should be. The notary herself was immediately out of sorts, began to communicate with an assistant, show documents. Naturally, everything is wrong, everything is wrong, the assistant tried to clarify something with the notary, but she did not even really delve into the documents, nervously declared that she would do nothing and went into another room. I tried to clarify the design flaws with the assistant, but the notary from the other room said something already in Kazakh (unfortunately I do not know Kazakh) and the assistant also stopped communicating. I think it's not nice and rude to behave like that. Maybe a notary is not obliged to advise clients, but then how do I find out all the nuances? In general, customer focus is at ZERO. In another notary, literally 500 meters away, they did everything for me, explained everything, even filed the contract as needed.
In general, I do not recommend this notary!
