There are no questions about the notary himself - he is a polite and professional person. But there is one for his assistant, Ulugbek. He set the meeting time himself. For the last 3 days, I have been reminding him in Telegrams every day that we agreed to meet at a certain time. But by the appointed time, he was not there. According to the notary, he went to the barber shop. We (4 people, 3 of whom are pensioners) waited for him for almost an hour, after which there was another hour of registration. To my complaint that he was late and my request to apologize, he said that he had nothing to apologize for, that nothing was solved quickly in notaries.
