There was an urgent need to issue a power of attorney, they did not know about the preliminary registration. We contacted the office at 9.20 a.m., the two notaries had the closest people by appointment at 10.00 a.m. (according to the notaries). They refused to accept it right away, and when asked if they would accept it between people / whether it was worth waiting for, they did not give a specific answer (neither yes nor no)! It turns out that they offered to sit from 9.20 to 14.00 (and suddenly they will accept). The service was not pleasantly impressed, we thought it was a rarity nowadays. Alas
