There is no printout at all within a radius of km. The secretary sent us to knock on closed doors. Apart from everything else, the notary himself was 16 minutes late. The reception started at 9:16, although the schedule indicates the start time from 9:00. Service is at zero, communication with customers is at the lowest level.

I was at this Notary, unfortunately they did not take up my business, arguing that they were going on vacation and had accumulated cases. A notary was recommended at the dehkan bazaar, on the second floor. There is a really great man there who consulted on my question, but he has a queue for 2 months ahead. Then I went around about 7 notaries at the machine bazaar - and everywhere the same difficulties, some go on vacation, others do not have forms, others do not speak Russian at all. As a result, we managed to find an adequate, Russian-speaking notary there at the machine bazaar who explained everything and took up my case. Unfortunately, it is not in Yandex maps, otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.
