I made one simple document in 5 hours. I came at 12.45. At first they told me that they would be able to do it after lunch, and then the children and I went to a nearby park. We came at 14.15. the notary came and immediately started being rude on the phone, because she is not a girl to run after everyone and in general. Then she was rude to the food delivery. And it's in front of everyone and very loud. My document was not ready until 17 o'clock. Because I personally had 4!! correct mistakes several times. Their mistakes. At that time, everyone was accepted except us. Let me remind you that I was with two children - 4 and 2 years old. We waited. And when I started asking, I was told that they work without lunch at all. Here I was outraged, because I left for an hour of their lunch, as they asked, despite the fact that no one was there at all at that time, to which they replied that they had asked me to come at 5 from the very beginning. Yes, it is convenient to say this at exactly 5 in front of a crowd. Then they found out that they had no right to issue a document for a Russian passport and accused me of having to redo it now. Well, yes, I should know the laws, not them. In general, 5 hours of hell and the document is ready. I do not advise anyone to go to this office.
