Пытаемся провести с этим нотариусом сделку купли-продажи недвижимости. Документы предварительно по почте не принимают и не записывают. Хорошо, пришли лично. Документы взяли, но не предупредили, что проект сделают только через неделю, потому что загружены. Мы бы пошли к другому нотариусу. Сама нотариус в отпуске, помощник, который с нами работает 3! дня в неделю. В другие дни с ней связаться невозможно по рабочим вопросам. Об этом тоже никто не предупреждает. Мы не можем согласовать дату сделки, потому что покупателю надо покупать билеты в Москву, а помощник нотариуса с четверга по воскресенье не работает! Крайне не рекомендую для проведения сделок с недвижимостью.

Сотрудники совершенно не умеют разговаривать. Хамзат и давал свое не желая слышать потребность. Отказали в документе, хотя могли его сделать. Совершенно не разбирается в современном юр праве и не знает законы и постановления от 2021 года.
