Обращалась 2 раз, довольна. Оба раза нужно было сделать доверенность, поскольку живая очередь, приходится ждать, но в целом недолго. Прием ведут не сколько специалистов, вежливые, корректные, никаких нареканий. Можно оплачивать картой.

позвонила узнать надо ли записываться на прием, с моим запросом сказали приходить по живой очереди, сразу сказали какие документы принести. на месте немного подождала своей очереди. сот рудница доброжелательно приняла меня и подготовила нужные документы за 30 минут
