чисто, приятное и комфортное место.
администратор несколько пренебрежительна в общении и внешнем виде. остальной персонал доброжелательный, вежливый.
запись ко времени не гарантирует отсутствие ожидания (приняли на 15 минут позже назначенной записи, после пришлось ждать еще приличное количество времени, пока параллельно осуществлялись другие дела и обслуживались клиенты, несмотря на численность сотрудников).
скан паспорта просят отправлять на whatsapp - показалось это странным.
дверь в один кабинет закрыли (до этого не закрывали), она не открывалась, обошлось не без коротких разборок между сотрудниками. в кабинете остались сотрудники, клиенты; тем, чьи документы передавались из кабинета в кабинет, соответственно, пришлось ждать.

Девушки грамотные, профессиональные, очередей нет. Есть по записи, или быстро.
Очень большая площадь. Новая мебель.
Приятно находиться.
