Выражаю глубокую благодарность Елене Михайловне. Всего в городе 3 нотариуса, до одной - не дозвонились, другой, по непонятным причинам отказал в нотариальном действии. Елена Михайловна все сделала по высшему разряду, и по-настоящему выручила нас (особенно меня :), как юриста, отвечающего за решение вопроса). Причем подход у нотариуса не только формальный, но и с правовой оценкой. Елена Михайловна объяснила, в чем порок представленного нами документа, со ссылкой на конкретную судебную практику. Приятно иметь дело с человеком, который не просто оформляет документы, а вникает в их правовую суть, чтобы оформленный документ был действительным и имел юридическую силу.
