A very strange woman picks up the phone. I ask her a question about services, whether they can or cannot provide, she does not answer and asks me to call back later, since the notary is busy. And then she asks me to make an appointment with them right away to find out on the spot how they can help, and at the same time says that their time is all taken up (although I didn't tell her about the deadlines)
In general, there was a feeling that a complete inadequacy was receiving calls.
