Отношение к клиентам надменное. Пожилому человеку, инвалиду 1-ой группы не разрешили воспользоваться туалетом (предложили дойти до общественного туалета у метро), при этом оформление документом длилось почти 1,5 часа. Не рекомендую данного нотариуса!

Хорошее место , работают там профессионалы , вывеска крупными буквами , отдельный звонок с надписью Нотариус , вход в арку и налево отдельная дверь , удобные диваны , не долгое ожидание.

Вроде всё не плохо, ошибок не допустили как 80% нотариусов по городу. НО! В офисе нотариуса "нет туалета для граждан", только для сотрудников. А всех своих посетителей отправляют в какой-то общественный бесплатный туалет в 10 минутах ходьбы. Учитывая что оформление сделки с недвижимостью проходят в среднем 1,5 часа, а то и более, учитывая что посетители есть весьма не молодые, оформляющие наследство и не только - это вообще не клиенториентированно. Нашли на чём экономить.
