Есть возможность заранее записаться по телефону. Ждать не пришлось. Все быстро и четко. Это двухэтажное здание с одним подъездом, офис нотариуса на втором этаже. На доме отсутствует номер, подойти получилось к нему не сразу, и не с любой стороны - заставлено машинами. Но близко расположен к Сберу на Сретенке 14 и во время сделки по купле-продажи можно быстро оформить нужные документы.

Пришел с утра, показываю образец с телефона и как есть вопрос - похоже на правду то что мне скинули ?
