On April 16, we attended a reception at the notary of Kharlovskaya by appointment. A general power of attorney was needed from the daughter (disabled person of group 1) to the mother. It took 10 minutes to clarify questions by proxy, interview, and check documents. Then we were asked to wait in the corridor, explaining that the registration procedure would take 20 minutes. We waited exactly 40 minutes! (keep in mind that the daughter is a disabled person with a violation of the musculoskeletal system, it is difficult to stand, sit for a long time, her legs become numb, and Kharlovskaya carefully studied the disability certificate and voiced aloud "with a violation of the musculoskeletal system", i.e. she was aware of the human condition. What the notary was doing for 40 minutes is anyone's guess. I could hear a conversation on the phone - personal or she consulted with colleagues, I can't say, but time passed. Finally, we were invited to the office to sign the necessary papers. They signed it twice, the first time they were not satisfied that the daughter could not fit her full name in one line (she sees very poorly and wrote as best she could). It would have been possible to immediately reprint the last page and give it for signature, but no, I had to go to the next office and consult with colleagues again, but is it possible to sign in two lines? I was stalling, it was visible to the naked eye, the question is why? The impression of the reception is simply disgusting. There was a feeling of disrespect for a disabled client and complete lack of professionalism! At the reception, my question about Kharlovskaya's work experience was answered - about 15 years. As they say, no comments. If anyone from the management reads this review, I would like to receive a clear explanation of such service.
