It's a disgusting office. Visited on May 2, 2025. Of the 7 slave cabinets, only one really worked. The rest of the doors were open and no one called anyone for an hour. They didn't have any clients either. When they asked for a book to write an appeal, everything immediately started working!!!

This is a state notary office. It's difficult to sign up every day, but a life hack is that if you come at 14:00 on a working day, you will definitely get to one of the 10 notaries! 3 stars for sometimes flooding the basement and the smell is even worse!
