We watched an electric scooter for our daughter's birthday in the showroom. We were shown and told about several options that fit the parameters. The model that was chosen was listed on the website with one price. The manager reported that there was a malfunction in the system, and the real price is 70p higher. With the idea that this happens, we decided to take it. However, only an exhibition copy was ready for delivery. We agreed to place an order the next day with pickup. The next morning, I see the price on the site is 70p lower than the manager stated. I place an online order with pickup. They call me back to clarify what they did and confirm that the price is 70p. Such changes were a little alerted) upon arrival at the pick-up point, they say that the price is still higher))) but, to the company's credit, they sold the product at a lower price! Everything is correct and cultured, for which I respect you! I hope the scooter will last and please the owner! Thanks!

Yes, a store with low prices, but oh, one and a very big one, they spit on their customers here, you can throw out the guarantee immediately upon purchase, they will not fix anything on it (it just says that it does not apply everywhere, not ... not ... not ..., so it's clear but on what is generally distributed then) only for visibility, and then of course they do not have the opportunity to replace, repair, return, etc. They do not consult on prices before repair, and in general they gave it to the service, no call, no SMS, until they typed it themselves, they do it right away, and then they put up a price tag, well, as you all understood, it's not cheap) for example, I asked to solder a shield for a scooter (there was a crack, not critical, but I wanted to to put a couple of points with a soldering iron) so they did and claimed 25p for it, alooh, it's new and costs 30p. And they did it as terribly and not beautifully as possible. + I would like to add to all this, when buying a scooter, they have "4 gifts" written in their advertisements and on the product photo, but in fact when you come, they say it's one to choose from 4, they mislead you that they know themselves, made a remark, after 2 months nothing has changed, nothing has been fixed In general, they breed a thin one. Of course, I did not take all 4 gifts, at least because when I came to pick them up, it turned out that there was only a lock and a phone holder, the lock did not match what was stated in the product card, and the holder was such that it was not scary to hang on it only if nokia 3100, actually the holder broke at the first check-out, and with it the phone that successfully fell on the asphalt (Bottom line: if you buy here, forget about the warranty, quality service and human attitude.
