I asked for my refund. he said he would do it, he didn't. he gave me a signed paper, but he didn't do it. i'm looking, he's not answering.he says he'll call all the time, but he doesn't call. as soon as he gave power of attorney, he was available, constantly on the phone, trying to pay for a credit card. I paid 90 thousand, then I lost. he was never available again. he has victimized me a lot.
