This is the representative office closest to Transnistria, everyone from the PMR goes to this particular representative office, if there is such a story, then something needs to be done about it, people need to be added, and the attitude is not human at all, they send zero responsibility in case of problems to call 022855969 this is central Chisinau. The franchise is disgustingly organized, the careless organization of the workflow and the mockery of people who waste a lot of time standing there on the street, and it's far from summer, because one girl handles orders in a coffee shop measuring 6 square meters. the room is cramped.....

Awful. I stood in line outside for 2.5 hours just to find out which box my parcel was in. Since the pick-up point is located in a coffee shop, the barista also performs the duties of an employee of Novaya Poshta. Accordingly, the waiting time increases, because it is necessary to make coffee, and in the intervals between it, the leaflets are actually issued.
After you find out which box your parcel is in, you need to go to the dilapidated building where the parcel is supposed to be delivered, but the work is so unorganized that you have to stand behind the parcel for another 2-3 hours and it's not a fact that you will receive it today. And if you come the next day, then you need to start all over again, the database has been updated, parcels have been added, the box numbers have changed. It also infuriates me that the time when parcels were in the mail has changed, if earlier it was 2 weeks and it was possible to get everything in the queue, but recently it has been 5 days and the parcel is returned to the sender

A terrible pick-up point, they came at 15:20, stood in line until 16:30 (and they work until 16:00), said they would accept. Great. We stand further, punched the track, signed that we received the parcel. Then they are sent to the second floor, to another building. Then they'll start yelling at us that what the hell did we come for, we don't owe you anything. They start complaining about work and how hard it is for them, for 10 minutes they just shout that they don't owe us anything. At this moment, person 7 just stands there and is silent. Somehow we agreed, but there are a lot of emotions! The staff shouted at us and swore at each other. In a word, a madhouse.
The only question is, why accept people if you are not ready to give them the parcel later?

a terrible point of departure, I did not even expect from the guys who work there that they are so negligent about their work. the parcel arrived on the 28th and today 02.11 the shelf life of the parcel at this post office is 5 days because of these guys, I lost a parcel for 2000 lei. Guys treat your work normally, for which you get your salary if you can't handle parcels and make coffee, choose one thing that you will focus on parcels or coffee.

terrible service, we are standing under the frost, the workers go out and smoke every 5 minutes, and they are rude, they don't want to work at all, they came at 12 and it's not a fact that you will pick up the parcels by the end of the day
