We would like to draw the management's attention to the unacceptable level of service. On March 27, my husband and I encountered rude rudeness from a consultant named Maxim at the NovaMebel store. Instead of helping to choose a product, the employee became personal, which is absolutely unacceptable for a decent store. We purposefully chose the NovaMebel store based on good reviews on social networks, but after such an incident, our attitude towards the store is spoiled. We ask you to understand the situation and take action against this employee.
