At the reception with Tatyana Anatolyevna, we received answers to all our questions. The child had to undergo an unpleasant procedure - the removal of warts. A TERRIBLE DENTAL TREATMENT EXPERIENCE AND A HUGE DOUBT ABOUT PROFESSIONALISM On February 12, 2024, a 4-year-old child was enrolled in Kovalevich Alina Nikolaevna for the treatment of baby Teeth. The teeth were treated under sedation, and fillings were placed. Yesterday, the temperature rose to 39.5, the cheek swelled, we saw how the gum where the seal stood was inflamed. Not only was the procedure NOT CHEAP, but there is no guarantee (all fillings began to fall out after 4 months). Since they were from another city, they urgently signed up at a local clinic, said there was PUS in the gum, and had a tooth removed. The reason: improper dental treatment. We called Novomed, we wanted to find out what the reason was, we communicated so shamefully, no sympathy for the child, zero respect, they do not admit their guilt, and do not offer any solution. They only promised that the doctor who conducted the treatment would contact us personally soon, of course we did not wait for any call. The child is now in maxillofacial surgery! They performed an emergency operation. My child was cut up because of this "treatment"

The competence of some doctors is questionable. And the prices for some services are greatly inflated. Before that, I used ultrasound and X-ray services, there were no complaints. But recently, my wife and son went to the dentist. They said that it was necessary to clean the stones, treat caries and remove a split tooth, then put a crown. The child is 11 years old. After that, we went to another clinic (also private). As a result, there are no stones, no caries (there is darkening, but not caries), and a split tooth can be treated. How's that??? Do we treat non-existent diseases for your money? I don't want to say that all the staff is like that, since they went to different doctors and there were no questions. But the last case left an unpleasant aftertaste.

1 star for the courtesy at the reception and the design. That was the end of all the good things. I came to the ophthalmologist for my time, there are a lot of outsiders in the office who constantly come in. The doctor sees everyone out of time. At one time, I sat and waited until everyone was free, then until they looked at the person behind me. As a result, I never received an accurate diagnosis. She left only an hour later. For that kind of money, you can find a more decent clinic where you will be looked at at your time and will pay you due attention.

Современный медицинский центр с полным набором специалистов различного направления. Очень порадовал персонал. Девочки на ресепшен всегда улыбаются и готовы помочь в любом вопросе. Много раз сдавала анализы здесь , знаю, что у них лучшая лаборатория в Бресте. Забор крови осуществляют профессионалы своего дела. Ни раз видела, как на анализ крови из Вены приносили грудничков и просто малышей до 2 лет. Трудно представить себе как медсестрам удается найти и попасть в вену…🙈 Однозначно рекомендую к посещению, если возникнет необходимость в медицинской помощи!👍🏻

And did you know what for?!?) as a result, the "doctor" described three syndromes that have nothing to do with us, and prescribed glycine to a 3-month-old child! We have been to this medical center several times. I did ultrasound 2 times at Ermakovich, and ultrasound 2 times at Laps. No complaints. If they came to the pediatrician with barley, she called the ophthalmologist and consulted. Maybe it's a good thing... the ultrasound of the kidneys was done to the child. They did, they didn't tell us anything and only gave us a piece of paper (then they only told me that they had to pay so that they would tell you at least something on the ultrasound). Then we went to the urologist (Volkovytsky). He scolded me like a girl that I looked into the office 5 minutes before the reception and asked if I could enter (-What time do you have a ticket for? For 15 minutes, and now it's 10). It seems to me that I confused a paid medical center with a free clinic. It didn't help, by the way, in any way. He said to contact the free consultation anyway🤣 Also, an unpleasant impression was left by a man who takes a picture of circular teeth. I sat watching videos on my phone all the time, did not show properly how to hold it with my teeth, did not say where to put the package then..He just rolled his eyes and snorted And, of course, I didn't say a word to anyone about their behavior.
