They paid off and took her away. The next day, they call back and tell me to drive up, saying the mechanic doesn't like the tensioner attachment. By the way, they didn't take the money to replace the belt because it was a related job. I arrived 4 hours later, they explained what was the matter, the car was bought not long ago, but I had already heard enough about how much they farmed there, so I wasn't even surprised, in general, the bolt with which the tensioner is attached to the engine was most likely torn off and the head was broken off, a nut was welded instead, and due to the fact that it is not possible to clamp it like this The bolt was repaired using this method, but over time it loosened and the tensioner began to break. The mechanic didn't like it, and on a busy day (all the lifts were occupied), he didn't score and was asked to leave the car for a little longer, they found the bolt, sawed it off, and did everything clearly. I was shocked by how well they can do it, in general, I was satisfied, especially after previous visits to other services. Special thanks to the mechanic.
