My mother bought glycine, regular glycine costs 2-4 rubles, and the pharmacist, of course, without specifying which one was needed, offered the most expensive for 32 rubles, did not even offer, but immediately gave the most expensive. My mom didn't know what the price was, so she took it. But the pharmacist said that this drug is better. Well, thank you for at least giving Mom not a whole pack, but a couple of records. The pharmacist did not specify the dosage, but simply suggested the most expensive and with a large dosage! Teach your employees, when selling drugs, to specify which one a person needs, and not just give the most expensive one in silence. The pharmacist should specify the dosage of the drug if it is sold in different dosages, as well as which brand is needed. The complaint will be sent on to other authorities.
