I have been using the services of this department since 2009. I give three stars: recently, the service has become worse, constant queues, broken windows, "sniffing" special packages of even penny parcels at any price. Girls (and boys in the department for large parcels) are often rude. Now there is almost no difference with Ukrposhta, except that the transfer speed is still at the level. In general, everything is as always - a good idea has been covered with a copper basin over time.
