The hotel benefits from its location - there are many places of interest and many restaurants within walking distance. It's definitely not a 5*. The breakfast is varied on the top floor overlooking the Bosphorus. A comfortable bed and a bed. Towels are changed daily, although I didn't ask for it. There is an iron and a board in the room.
Cons- bathrobe on demand; water is in the shower and you have to stand ankle-deep in water; lack of a shoe spoon; lack of a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and there is not enough light at the mirror; there is no currency exchange at the reception; they refused to bring coffee and tea for lunch (they offered to go down to the lobby); during meals the waiters start cleaning the table, demonstrating that it's time to clear the table, it's not very pleasant❗️

The location is just wonderful! Good breakfasts overlooking the Bosphorus and very attentive, caring staff. The rooms are normal: clean, there is everything you need, but it's not wow- just normal.
The hotel does not have a normal view from the windows or a noisy street and the windows of the building opposite are too close or a view of the roof of the courtyard. The hotel has the shape of a well

Two disadvantages can be noted - the windows rested on some kind of structure immediately opposite the window, that is, it is better not to look at the window at all. There are not the most delicious pastries at breakfast, although in Turkey they bake very tasty everywhere. But it didn't spoil the impression.

A good hotel, although 5 stars, but it pulls at 4. The rooms seem to have everything, but not at a high level, as well as furniture and appliances. The 2-bedroom bed is not large. On the ground floor, the smell of sewage was constantly present at the reception, in the room too, if the air conditioner did not work for a long time. Good location, near the street of restaurants and Galataport, where you can walk, watch sea liners, eat, shop. I liked the breakfast at the hotel, a large selection and a great view of the Bosphorus. A pleasant illuminated swimming pool, hammam, sauna. There is a gym.

The location is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Rooftop restaurant with excellent view of the Bosphorus. The impression was greatly spoiled by the fact that after booking and 100% payment, they refused to postpone the booking date by a week. I had to pay twice. They really don't like to return a deposit. The computer is always hanging or there is no necessary manager :) You can't love money that much, especially someone else's.

The hotel is good. We were there for the New Year holidays , A good location , everything is nearby . But the rest was greatly overshadowed by the staff at the spa and pool., more precisely, one strange woman of Thai origin, who was openly rude to us when we came to the gym with our family, We asked for pool towels, she replied that towels were not given out today))) Although the day before it was all right: towels, drinks and polite spa staff. It's just not clear how the spa staff at the reception can behave like this in a five-star hotel, or maybe she was a masseuse, because when we first went there, she offered us a massage of course))) And when I said I 'd think about it , she started acting like we 'd come to her house without asking !!! The hotel is not cheap at all. In short, it was terribly unpleasant and completely inadequate!

Excellent food, a sumptuous breakfast and a wonderful view from the restaurant. Among the disadvantages - the smell of sewage in the rooms, a frequent problem in city hotels, the lack of mini hygiene kits - I really like to take them as a souvenir :)
The prices in the lobby bar are horse-drawn.

A well-located hotel. In my opinion, this is 4 stars, not 5, as it says. If you treat it like a 4*, then everything fits. There are views of the Bosphorus in the rooms, but this is a suite in my opinion. Breakfast on the top floor in the restaurant overlooking the Bosphorus! The breakfast is high-quality, everything is there!

The hotel is located in a good location, but it does not attract 5 stars in any way. We went to a standard room at night, immediately went to bed, the next day in the light of day I saw a chair burned with a cigarette, the whole wall in the toilet was covered with incomprehensible smudges. In the evening, I went to the reception and showed a photo of this "beauty". We must pay tribute to the guy at the reception named Rutkay, he apologized for this and upgraded our room, in general, we moved into a two-room with a view of the Bosphorus. It is only thanks to his responsibility that I give 3 stars and not one. The restaurant has a good view and the food is delicious. The prices at the hotel are inadequate for wines) It is better to buy at a nearby market called the Macro Centre.

A great hotel with the best views of the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn Bay. In front of the hotel there is a shopping gallery with access to the new embankment. And behind the hotel there are several streets with beautiful restaurants. I highly recommend trying fried mackerel in pita bread there. Cheap and very tasty. The hotel itself has an excellent rooftop restaurant.

Pros : clean and cozy rooms, location (you can walk through the building and get to the embankment, literally 3 steps), polite staff
Cons: the cleaner came to clean at 8 a.m., the smell in the corridors was burnt, it was noisy in the room at night (the windows overlooked the roof of the hotel, the lower floor)

Let's be honest - it's expensive, there are almost no view rooms, there is an option to get into noisy ones with access to a walking street, come and go by taxi is a problem due to narrow streets and traffic. The breakfasts on the roof are gorgeous, the spa area is decent, the location is excellent. The staff is polite, Russian is very bad in English - tolerable.

Minuses:
- terrible ventilation – take a shower once and you can live in a greenhouse. An open window does not save, so it opens just a little bit, and then inside the "well"
- cleanliness of the room. In Turkey, they everywhere score on normal cleaning, but it was unexpected from a five-star. I found a stain on the sofa and carpet
- the price. Even if you don't compare it with Moscow (the same Movenpick from the same Accor network for the same price), you can take more decent hotels nearby (Burdock, Root)
It is expected that the stars are "Turkish", but here this discount is much more than in other hotels

The hotel is not bad, but construction is underway nearby on the street. Personally, this did not upset or affect me in any way, but keep in mind. The rooftop restaurant and bar with a gorgeous view of the Bosphorus is perhaps the killer feature of this place. The service is limping, despite joining the Accor global hotel chain. They forgot to wish you a happy Birthday in a banal way, they barely understand English even at the reception.

The hotel is good, the place is good, the food is good. But it is impossible to live on the lower floors. We live in room 115.Music until 4 a.m. from the lobby. The sound insulation is lousy. We suffer for several days. They won't let you change the number. Sadly. But not sleeping does not bring pleasure either.
