I really dislike the modern European theme of "hiding the desire to save money by caring for the planet" 6 elevators. 3 are working. As a result, you wait for the elevator for 15 minutes and drive for 15 minutes, because it is packed with people and stops on every floor. God forbid if you get stuck after the onion soup. There's a good chance you won't make it. You walk into the room for a lot of money, and instead of a bottle of water, there's a note saying, "We love the planet, so we don't have plastic bottles. You can buy an empty bottle downstairs and pour water there for free." We recall the story of the elevator and the horse price tag for the room. And for some reason, the lovers of the planet did not consider the water in the glass, decanter or watering can on the floor, as well as the price reduction for their services. Of the good things, the room has a bathtub, albeit with a leaky shower.

I really liked the hotel itself, despite the permeability of sounds in the rooms-connections from behind the door, I suppose. the view is beautiful, the bathroom is wonderful, the staff at the reception and in the restaurants are pleasant. but the spa area was disappointing - the pool was closed (despite the fact that they said for a couple of days that it would open tomorrow, but it never did)), it was not possible to evaluate, but the gym is not very well equipped, there are few simulators. and one more minus - the maids offered cleaning in any case - even with the do not disturb sign. a meager breakfast (( the lack of variety of cheeses is especially surprising! but in general, I am very happy with my stay at the hotel and rate it at five

Avoid this hotel! The rooms are old, dirty, the entire carpet is stained, they are cleaned disgustingly, garbage can lie in bins for up to 3 days, mold is in the bathroom, and there is a spider web in two corners of the bathroom that is never cleaned. Even when you leave money in the room for the maid, it's not a fact that you will be cleaned up. The breakfasts are terrible and not very high-quality products, there is a constant shortage, they are often moved in the morning from the second to the third floor, there is no choice of dishes, several times there was simply no boiling water to make tea. If you want to spoil the impression of a trip to Paris, be sure to stay in a Novotel. See the photo of the room.
