Nice hotel. Reasonable price, convenient enough location. There are two metro lines nearby, and if you go one station to Century Avenue, you get to transfer to 3 more lines. By the way, at the same station you can get out into the city and visit two shopping malls. The hotel has excellent views from the windows, an unusual restaurant with views. The breakfasts are the same from day to day, but overall delicious! The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We were satisfied with the hotel and stayed for 6 days.

The hotel is great- clean, beautiful, the linen is snow-white, the maids rustle every day, everything is on time. The staff is very responsive and responsible. The view from our window was simply magnificent - of Huangpu, the ships and the towers. In the evenings, it's just a thrill to look at the sparkling city. I liked the restaurant on the 50th floor, as the 7th sky turns, the buffet, there is a lot of food for every taste, breakfast is included in the room rate, you can have lunch and dinner at a reasonable price. There is also a swimming pool and you can wash and dry your clothes for free. I really liked the hotel, I recommend it to all travelers!

Excellent location near the metro. Nearby, you can also walk along the embankment and the square. The rooms are modern with a huge comfortable bed, but it's better to take a corner one - there's a view on both sides. Breakfast was served at the restaurant, which is located in the "plate". We even twirled around in it a bit during the meal. On the 5th floor there is a small swimming pool with a great view.

The hotel just did not meet expectations at all . The first thing that catches your eye, or rather your nose, is an unpleasant smell in the corridors on the floors, and we went out on different floors of the hotel to figure out if it was everywhere or not. The smell of old age, dampness or old carpet is present almost everywhere except on the 5th floor of the reception. Some rooms also have this smell. We changed 3 rooms before we found one where we could at least be comfortable. The room seems to be clean, but the overall impression is of old age in terms of the quality of furniture, finishes, interior doors and plumbing. And the only thing that saves the situation is the beautiful view from the window, but it strongly depends on which side of the building your room will face. The breakfast is just terrible, we went to it once and then went to the reception to refuse. The food quality is like in a cheap 3-star hotel. There is no desire to return or recommend this place.

I've stayed in Shanghai a couple of times. In Nanjing and here in Pudong. Pudong is definitely more comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located next to the metro and the coolest embankment. The hotel is big and there are a lot of people, in the morning there is a full restaurant (a lot of locals), the food is good and there is a lot of it, especially European. We took the executive floor with lounges (we also had dinner in the evening). The room on the 37th floor is new, renovated (with an electric toilet), the view is very steep. The pool is small and knee-deep, you don't have to walk - this is the only disadvantage. The staff is a bit relaxed, but if you tell them, they do.

The hotel as a whole is 4+. The room is clean, a standard set of slippers, brushes, shampoo is included, but the quality is just disposable. An interesting dining restaurant on the 43rd floor. It rotates slowly and you can see the streets at 360 degrees. The food is generally varied, naturally without the classic forks and spoons. All the names of the dishes are in Chinese, so a translator will help. Dishes are both European (bacon, eggs, cheese, coffee) and national, the latter are naturally more numerous. I would also like to mention the presence of shops at the hotel. These are Skaters, a children's ice cream parlor, and an ALDI supermarket, all of which accept union-pay cards. Of course, this is not exactly the city center, because it is close to the metro.
