On the shore of the beautiful Sevan. Breathtaking views. It's unforgettable. Friendly and caring staff.
We conducted a campaign in a cottage and a hotel room. Clean, tidy, cozy. There are nuances, but they did not interfere with the rest.
The food is buffet style. Delicious, satisfying, but monotonous.
I would like to mention the sauna separately. I strongly advise you to use it. A gorgeous sauna with a panoramic window from the steam room to Sevan.
One of the disadvantages is the restaurant, which does not formally belong to the hotel. Unreasonably expensive.
Otherwise, everything is great.

A gorgeous place! A large enclosed area, very well maintained and beautiful. We lived in a house overlooking the lake, there was a large open balcony and huge panoramic windows on the ground floor, sitting on a sofa in front of which we enjoyed the view of Sevan. The house has everything you need, a huge plus for us was underfloor heating, so after walking in the cold, it was nice to walk barefoot on warm floors. The beds are comfortable, good bedding, we had a great night's sleep. The staff is very friendly, everything was fine from check-in to breakfast. Breakfast was included, it was served as a mini buffet only for our company, everything was fresh and delicious, there was a lot of food, we didn't eat half of it

We had a rest in early October 2024. In general, the house is not bad, I liked the breakfasts and dinners. But I think the price is too high, because the season is closed. We came to rest, eat on 08/27. We decided to leave the children on the playground, one is 4, the other is 1.8. I ask you to follow them, they say yes, I paid 5,000 for both, took unlimited money to sit quietly and eat and relax.
As a result, an hour has passed, they call us, they say take the children away, they want to leave, of course I did not understand this, because In my understanding, they should follow them and play so that they are interested, in the end I come and pick them up at this moment one girl says, the other write down the hour, I did not understand this, everything became clear when we left. I come up just before I leave, I say the children only studied for an hour, an hour costs 2000 per child, return the difference, but she says I can't, we gave you a bracelet. To make it clear, she put this bracelet on my wife with the words not to get lost. Although I paid for 2 children, it means that 2 bracelets should have been and they should have been worn by children, but in order to spend them as sentries, they do so, and most likely they spent the second one for free.
After her refusal to return it, I went to the reception, they told me, give me the check, and I say they didn't give me the check, the continuation of the scheme, there is no check to prove anything. We rested in June for 5 days. Amazing place 10/10. Attentive and helpful staff. Delicious food. Magnificent, colorful views, gorgeous mountain air. Well-maintained large territory. Our family liked everything very much.
Territory. There is a heated swimming pool on the territory, there were always free sun beds. There are three beaches, small, medium, large with swings in the water. There is enough space for everyone :) There is a sauna, which is very cool on days when it was cool in the evenings. There is a mini zoo on the territory for children, a playground nearby and a place with hammocks for parents to relax :) there are swings with a campfire throughout the territory, it was very pleasant to sit around the campfire in the evening (on request, you could take blankets at the reception)
Dining room/food. We had breakfast/dinner included - this is a huge plus, since there are no shops and cafes in the vicinity of the territory. The food is not very diverse, but there was always something to eat and it was very tasty. Special thanks to all the staff and of course to Emma, who helped everyone like a bee and greeted us every morning and evening with a smile.
Houses. We had room 35. Everything in the house was cozy and had a nice design. The only thing for convenience is to take a sponge and a dish cloth. Everything else, on request, can be asked from the guys at the reception.
Reception. Very nice and helpful guys, great fellows! They always helped with everything!
As a result, I recommend this hotel to everyone! Don't even doubt it, it's worth it and we will definitely come here again :)
P.S. Yandex taxi does not work well there, cars are canceled. Therefore, I will fix the business card of a local resident - Alik. Alik is a wonderful person, an attentive driver and very much in love with his city. He will be happy to tell you about it along the way. The price is also very acceptable!

We were at this place on April 12, 2024. We rented a small sauna and a house #32. There are no complaints about the sauna. In general, everything works, everything is convenient. By house #32. That's horrible. It's not exactly warm at night in Sevan right now. After the sauna at 19:00 we returned to the house. At around 20:00, we realized that it was cold in the house. And when the faucet was turned on, there was no hot water at all! We called the reception, the receptionist came running to us and set up the boiler, said everything would work at night, etc. In the morning it was just a mess!! Nothing worked. They called the reception in the morning, they told us everything would be working in an hour. As a result, nothing worked!!! I set up the boiler myself, and only after that there was hot water to at least wash my face. It turned out that the pressure simply evaporated, as the pipes flow, that in the battery by the toilet, that in the boiler itself. We swore at the reception, but in the end we didn't hear any discounts or apologies. I do not recommend it.

A great place to relax with family and friends. Very well maintained territory, amazing view of Sevan, the rooms are beautiful, there is everything you need, there is hot water, the rooms are cleaned wonderfully. You can come with a dog, which is great.

We had a rest in 2023 from August 6 to August 10. We lived in a 2-room room on the 2nd floor. Among the advantages: a fairly large hotel area, a heated swimming pool, a buffet restaurant (breakfast and dinner were included in the payment) and a pool bar (for a fee), 3 beaches by the lake with sun beds, room cleaning daily. I wanted to put a stake for food - we had lunch in an open cafe next to the dome restaurants. It was terrible: we waited for 15 minutes for the waitress to come, to our clarifying questions about the menu, the waitress replied that we had time to choose a dish. Then 20 minutes of waiting and ... they bring the hot stuff in cold form, they didn't ask for cold juice - they brought a liter box of ice juice, some of it is not at all what they ordered. The waitress replied that if she was not satisfied, she would take it away and there were no other options for us. Bingo. The manager, instead of apologizing, stood up for the waitress that she was, quote: good. I don't care who is good / bad, we came to eat with absolutely no charge, and for this cafe the price tags are very high.

The park hotel is not bad. You can stop. But I'm afraid it won't be very good with children. If we consider hotel rooms, they have been in need of repair for a long time. If we consider the houses, then in 90% of these houses you will not be able to sleep properly at night during a storm. The wind blows whistling from the windows.
The buffet kitchen is fresh but sparse (there is little choice). Meat like mutton happens about once a week. The views there are certainly good.
The sauna cools down quickly if you do not constantly add water. But constantly adding water is also not recommended, since this is a sauna, not a sauna. For example, we did not have time to collect water in the font, although we agreed in the evening to rent a sauna from 12 to 14.
The territory is well maintained in principle.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Noy Land Resort. I recommend.

I would like to emphasize right away that this is a review of the baths, but it fully shows the level of service.
We rented a small bathhouse for two hours for 16k drams per hour. The photo clearly shows the presence of a hammam, but upon arrival it turned out that it was not working. No one told us about it, we called the reception and found out for ourselves. In order not to waste time on disassembly, we decided that we would discuss this when we rent the bathhouse.
As a result, something like this dialogue took place:
- You have a hammam in the photo, but in fact it is not there.
- (surprised) Did you realize that this is a hammam from the photo? I don't understand this culture.
- Yes, we understand. Are you saying that you don't have a hammam? You replied in plain text that the hammam was not working when we called from the bathhouse.
- So what? He hasn't worked for us for 3 years. You should have said right away that you were not satisfied with this.
- We didn't want to waste the time of the only two hours that we had booked. We wanted to steam in a hammam overlooking Sevan.
- Well, there was a view of Sevan. And what do you want from us?
- A discount. A hammam is, in fact, half of the services that you have not provided.
- (under his breath) Pf, I knew it.
There was also a bucket for pouring, for which we were reluctantly, but still apologized, saying that the bucket had been broken by previous guests two days ago. Of course, no one informed in advance about the absence of either a bucket or a hammam.
How could they fix a three-year-old non-working hammam for us? Why couldn't they install a bucket for our arrival if they could upon request? Was it necessary to thank you for the fact that the view of Sevan "works"? All these questions will remain unanswered.
In the dry balance, the service was declared, but not rendered. And you will be to blame for not saying right away that you saw a hammam, where it is not and that you did not ask yourself what services they do not have.

This is mainly about nutrition here. Breakfasts and dinners (we did not take lunches)sooooo monotonous. The staff at the restaurant is constantly unhappy. And if breakfast is at nine in the morning, be prepared that you will be greeted here with dissatisfied e* lamas and not all the food will even be displayed yet. There is a feeling that you personally came to their house and you are not welcome here. The second nuance. Sauna. It requires repair, going directly from the sauna into the lake is a cool idea, but the stairs without a step, firstly, secondly, it is all slippery and covered in algae and thirdly, even for us, young people, it was difficult to go down and even more so to climb up: the stairs are vertical and you need to pull yourself up with your hands, and given the lack of a support step and the slippery remaining ones, this is a whole quest. There are heating elements in the sauna, slightly covered with stones, there is no hood or ventilation. In general, the rest here is good, if you do not pay attention to the staff at the restaurant (but in two weeks this attitude is already noticeably annoying) and the monotonous food. Oh, yes! Lake Sevan has been blooming for the second year, approximately in July - it is impossible to swim.
