Terrible attitude towards customers!!! They took us through the catacombs to the warehouse (you can't get out without a card), rolled out a box with 30kg of goods and goodbye. I asked for help, but I agreed, we reached the freight elevator, which had to wait for 30 minutes and it stopped not because I called it (useless) but because a factory worker arrived on the floor on his own business (lucky).
