The first impression turned out to be extremely negative. At the sports event, we received a voucher for Numakids products, came to get acquainted with the goods and use the certificate. As a result: I waited for an employee for 10 minutes, then for some reason they took me out of the clinic onto the street, took me to some kind of dining room and there they said that this voucher would not be accepted if I was not a client of the clinic. To catch up, they also shouted: woman, do you know what prices we have here for services in general? What did you mean by that? A terrible and insulting attitude.

Customer focus is at zero. I haven't been able to get through for several days. I came to take tests, I lost an hour of time because we couldn't find a Russian-speaking employee. To decrypt the results, they gave a number to contact and also no one answered the calls. Big questions also apply to the professional competence of a nurse who does not know how to donate female hormones at all. The voucher for children's boxing was generally refused for some personal reasons. Very poor service!
