Thank you so much for your hospitality! Excellent service, the staff is always ready to help and respond to any request. For the excellent, very attentive, friendly attitude of all employees. The rooms are cozy and equipped with everything you need, from a toothbrush to slippers. I would like to say a special thanks to the chef. The food is all great, a large selection of dishes, very tasty pastries. Everything is very tasty!!! The chef will always ask you how best to cook and if you enjoyed it. The only drawback is that you need to change one coffee machine, because it sometimes malfunctions and therefore the waiters are always on duty. The cafe is very cozy, delicious and everything is beautiful!!! We will recommend this hotel to everyone. Everything is great here!!!

I would like to leave a few kind words about our stay at the Nuovo Hotel in April 2025. This is a stylish and cozy place with excellent service, responsive staff, and a convenient location within walking distance from the metro. I will single out the most delicious rich and varied breakfasts! The Nuovo Boutique Hotel was the first place of accommodation on our trip to Uzbekistan, and later we measured all the hotels according to it, involuntarily comparing them. Comfortable accommodation at a high level: every day our room was cleaned, towels were changed, water, tea, and necessary hygiene products were replenished. I still remember the divine mattress on the bed in the room! I slept great on it.
I heartily recommend the Nuovo Hotel to all the guests of Tashkent. You will not regret this choice.

It's an amazing place! We met as friends and settled in immediately (although there were 16 of us) everything came together for payment) very cozy rooms, all accessories including bathrobes were there)
Delicious breakfasts and incredibly pleasant people at the reception!
And I would like to note that upon arrival home, I received a call and was told that we had left the money in the safe, which we had never seen before! They offered transfer methods, but the money is not ours) I am very pleasantly surprised that there are people who want to return it to the guests)!

Review of Nuovo Boutique Hotel.
We stayed at this hotel in May 2025, the review can be said without delay. The hotel is located almost in the city center, but in a quiet area. Not far from Pushkinskaya metro station, walk slowly for 5 minutes. The hotel is new, you can feel it. Everything is modern, not killed. I must say, we liked the hotel. The rooms are located on 4 floors, on the 5th floor (mansandra) there is a kitchen and breakfast is served, and there is also a children's corner. There is a sauna on the 0 floor of the hotel.
We were given a room on the 4th floor, 402.
Our room is standard with 1 large bed. The room itself is not big, but cozy. Standard filling, bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, refrigerator, safe, tea station. Every day, 2 bottles of 0.5 liters of water, 4 tea bags (black and green), 2 bags of coffee and sugar were replenished. There are also 2 bathrobes and disposable slippers. The bed linen is snow-white, new, and of good quality. The carpet on the floor is clean. There is a TV on which YouTube shows well, but television does not show periodically, but I think these are some kind of temporary problems. The Wi-Fi is good. The bathroom has a shower, 2 types of watering cans. One of the disadvantages is that the shower cabin is not completely covered with glass, but a curtain is hanging and after taking a shower, the entire bathroom floor is in water. That's the only thing you can find fault with. Again, these are 5 towels, shower gel, hand soap and shampoo, toothbrushes with toothpaste and a hair dryer. The plumbing is new. The sound insulation in the room is normal, but if there is a party under the door (and the neighboring doors are located nearby) that's very audible.
Breakfast at the hotel from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. No frills, but you won't stay hungry. 3 types of cheese, 3 types of sausage, always something meat (meatballs, boiled chicken or meat), fried eggs, rice or buckwheat, cereals, sweets, fruits and vegetables, juices, tea and there is a coffee machine. The staff is constantly watching and replenishing if something is running out. I would like to say separately about the staff, well done trying to please the hotel guests and provide all possible assistance.
We stayed at the hotel 2 times, and after the first two nights we left the suitcase, it is being cleaned on a turnkey basis. Then we were away for 5 days and checked in again for another 4 nights, and they gave us the same room.
In general, to summarize, the hotel is good for its price, with a good location.

The guys are trying, but there are moments.:
Pros:
+ the hotel is really quiet
+ the staff is polite
+ the rooms are quite cozy
+ bathrobes, cosmetics, everything is ok
Minuses:
- not the center
- there is no temperature control system: there are only batteries and a conder.
- I would make a more varied breakfast.

Overall, I liked everything.
New hotel, comfortable rooms, excellent mattress.
Quiet, sleep very well.
Breakfast buffet. (It's not rich, but everything is there, porridge, fruits, vegetables, etc.)
On the downside, the bathroom is a little cramped in the deluxe room, but everything is fine.

Nice, new hotel with excellent rooms in a quiet area. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels and water are changed. Good breakfasts, freshly brewed coffee can be ordered on the ground floor, there is a Sofia cookery not very far away. The hotel is of European quality, there are not enough hangers/hooks at the entrance. The bed and pillows are gorgeous. I really liked the paintings in the rooms and in the lobby. Clean and cozy. I took the deluxe.
The room has everything. Breakfast is included. Although it's not the season for a large number of people, but the breakfast is good.
A quiet place. The mattress is above average in severity, it did not cause any problems. It was comfortable to sleep. The windows were not blown through, the room was warm. There is a subway about ten minutes from the hotel. I recommend.

Nice new hotel. It's all clear. The room has a hairdryer, kettle, mini fridge, air conditioning, hygiene kit, white fluffy towels. The staff is helpful. An ironing board and an iron are provided for ironing. The breakfast is not big, but there is enough, there is a coffee machine, delicious pastries. The room is not big, but it is enough.

The breakfasts are average, with no frills, but enough to eat well: eggs, meat, chicken, fresh vegetables, pastries, coffee, bread, dairy products, fruits.
We lived in 2 types of rooms - deluxe and standard. The standard is very tiny, I do not recommend it. Deluxe is fine, but the shower is very uncomfortable, everything is flooded, and the curtain is constantly in the way.

Nice new hotel in a quiet location of the private sector (mahal). Not far from the center (2 metro stations). Pushkin metro station is a 10-minute walk away. If you go through the mahal to Akkurgan Street, go out to the shops and cafes. There is a bicycle rental (30,000 som/1 hour). Good internet connection. Wonderful staff. Special THANKS to the guys for their hospitality! The only negative is the meager breakfasts and the lack of free tables in the morning.

A wonderful hotel. It was May24. The area in which the low-rise village is located, we were traveling urgently, so we took what we had, we thought by the surroundings that some kind of hostel . We were pleasantly impressed by the room's furnishings , super modern plumbing , and helpful staff . The breakfast is without frills, but very decent.
