Visiting the Nur cinema was a real disappointment. To begin with, the girl from the staff behaved completely unacceptably.: She was rude and insulted us and my friend. Such behavior is simply unacceptable for an employee in the service sector! Management should think about who they hire. In addition, the conditions in the cinema itself leave much to be desired. It's incredibly stuffy in the hall, as there just doesn't seem to be any ventilation. This makes staying there unbearable, especially when the hall is filled with people. There was a lot of trash in the hall, which only increased the feeling of negligence. Obviously, due attention is not paid to either cleaning or the comfort of the audience. We came to relax and enjoy watching a movie, but instead we were faced with rudeness, stuffiness and unsanitary conditions. This is unacceptable! I hope the cinema management will take urgent action: hire polite staff, ensure cleanliness and install at least minimal ventilation. At the moment, I don't recommend this movie theater to anyone.

We've been to the cinema several times and in the VIP lounge all the time. A very pleasant place - the hall is constantly cool, which is very useful after the sweltering heat, very comfortable chairs (I'm talking about the VIP room), they almost turn into a bed) there are few chairs in the hall, so there are not a crowd of people.
