Not a very high-quality LCD. Frequent problems with water, with pipes in the basement, with the roof, with elevators. The yard is normal, but the house itself is made absolutely without compliance with the norms. There are cracks in the entrances, it's cold in winter, the cladding all gradually flies away. The developer himself, apparently, was in a hurry somewhere and did everything "for free".
