I went to the bank for 3 days and tried to get it. It wasn't until day 3 that we found out that due to my citizenship, I couldn't get a transfer in my own name, as it was sanctioned by the RIA. Here, of course, RIA is to blame. I hope Nurbank will take action against its partner. So that the error "cannot be issued because of citizenship" immediately appears in the system. That's it. And they got an ambiguous error. And the staff randomly named the reason. And I wasted my time.
