I asked to calculate how much to pay me so that the person there would receive a certain amount. He said approximately 2500 tenge, issued a form with a number for the recipient and said you can pay at the checkout when lunch is over. While there was lunch, I sent the number to receive the transfer to a person in Georgia. My first indignation, to put it mildly, was already at the checkout when they told me the amount for the surcharge (approximately 5700). The second is when a person told me that they could not get in rubles, but in euros it turned out to be a third less. I was just in shock. Dear administrators, people come to your branches hoping that they will be helped to choose the right system for comfortable interaction. And as a result, it turns out that your consultants also fraudulently carry out such "operations" using the illiteracy of ordinary people. This guys is your FIASCO. I am a teacher and far from banking, but when I come to you, I hope for your professionalism, otherwise why are you needed...
