Nurbank, in my opinion, is the simplest and most pretentious bank. However, I was only in the Almaty, Astana and Pavlodar branches. The staff is very friendly and not intrusive. The atmosphere in these departments, where I was, is pleasant, you walk there like at home, freely and at ease.

I have never met a worse bank and I hope I will not! Managers at bank branches are not competent, they give incorrect information, as it turns out on the official website, the information is also not reliable (apparently a deception). It is almost impossible to get through to the right department at all, both independently and by the bank employees themselves (I was promised to call back three times, I am still waiting ...!) If there is a choice, my advice is not to contact this organization - save time and nerves!
