A great option if you need to stay in Karaganda for a short time. In terms of price/quality ratio. It's a long way from the train station, about 50 minutes on foot, but everything is in a straight line. You can walk without your belongings. The rooms are slightly shabby, the linen is not new, but everything is clean, the plumbing is good. Breakfast against the background of what happens sometimes is just great. The girls at the reception are very nice and helpful. It's preferable to pay for the rooms in cash, but I made a transfer to the maid's card, she monetized everything for me))

We stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, were disappointed. It was very cold in the room, there was no way to regulate the temperature, and we had to sleep in warm clothes. In addition, there is one price listed on the Booking website, but in fact, when we arrived, they announced a completely different, higher price. As a result, we overpaid more than we expected. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and the service leaves much to be desired. I do not recommend this place to stay.

In short, everything is bad. The photographs of hotel rooms presented on the Internet do not correspond to reality. Even the hostel is much better, cleaner and more modern. The room that was booked at the booking turned out to be terrible. Check-in was at two o'clock in the morning, so there was no strength to refuse check-in. This is not even a room, but some kind of living room, in which an old sofa was put, a bed was assembled from some armchairs. Two pillows, a single blanket, and two pillows were provided for three people. The bathroom with a shower was also not impressed. The renovation in this room was probably 10 years ago. The hotel did not meet expectations.
